I BOUGHT A CONDO AT HAGL3 A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. DOES ANYONE HAS THE LATEST PICS OF HAGL3.

P.S. DOES ANYONE ALSO KNOW THE COPLETION DATE. IT WAS SUPPOST TO FINISH IN JULY.

Sorry to break it to you bro, but you got scammed. The site was just cleared but nothing was done to it after that. It's a shame though, the project would have been in a really nice location.

I also like to know which is a better deal (location and quality of construction), between HAGL 3 (NEW SAIGON) and Phu My (van phat hung ) D7. I am thinking to sell Hagl3 and buy Phu My, because Phu My is located in a quieter neighborhood.

What do you guys think?

How much per m2 did you pay for? Was it 15,5 Mio Dong/m2?

I would stick to your HAGL 3 apartment since the Phuy My apartment which original price was 10-12 Mio/m2 has already gone up to 21-23 Mio/m2.

Sit tight until the Dragon City and the Kenton Residence are completed which is about 3 years from now on and you will make a lot of money

The V-Star apartment right now is a much better investment than Phu My and the HAGL 3 as far as the quality of the construction, the location and price is concerned.

Did you buy one of those B-block apartments from SacomReal?

As far as I know they sold it for 15.6 Mio Dong/m2 compared to HAGL prices which is 15.2 Mio Dong/m2.

It's not a bad investment but for some reason prices of HAGL 3 apartments haven't skyrocketed that much so far.

The latest price offer that I saw a few days ago was 17.5/m2 which means you would have made more money by depositing your money in a saving account with an average interest rate of about 13% per year in Vietnam a few years ago instead of buying one of those HAGL 3 apartments.

I assume that it will be finished in about 6 months with all the evironment around it such as swimming pool and tennis court.

HAGL is one of the fastest construction company in Vietnam but unfortunately the qualtiy of its apartments isn't very good.

I've seen both HAGL 1 and HAGL 2 apartments from outside and inside and I have been disappointed.

You're right , I would have made more money by deposited in a bank account. I guess i am stuck with it.

Once HAGL 3 is finished the supply of rental apartments will be overwelming since there are tons of owners willing to lease their condos.

In my opinion 700 US$ is a reasonable rental price since the whoe environment is a big construction area. ThenKentorn Project right in front of HAGL3 and the Dragon City next to it. With all the noisy construction around, it's going to be difficult to find tenor.

The price per m2 has gone up to 20 Mio dong/m2 so far and hopefully will continue to rise even more
